Our History:

Our school was founded in 2001 as a Math and Chess School and has
grown over the years into a full Enrichment Center, where we develop
every child's special interests and talents. Our primary goal is to boost
every child's intellectual ability while improving his/hers academic
performance. Our Math and Chess classes are designed to develop
critical thinking, strategic planning and creative problem solving skills in
our children and our Science, Language, Art and Music classes will bring
them up as well-rounded intelligent individuals. Every child that comes to
us becomes a most valuable part of the Wizards family: family that
promotes friendship, education and desire to learn.

Chess:
CHESS is fun, and playing the game teaches responsibility, improves
concentration, discipline, and sharpens thinking skills. Chess builds
confidence and helps young people make new friends.
Our school is an affiliate club of the
United States Chess Federation.
Our chess club has over 100 kids and counting. We offer chess lessons for
beginners, intermediate and advanced
players twice a week.  Please see our
Schedule.  For class placement, please email to schedule free evaluation
with our instructor.
Wizards of the Mind chess team competes in State, Regional and National events and our players
consistently show excellent results.  Please read more about our achievement on this page.
